The Gray Wolf (Canis lupus)

The picture was taken in a national park in the northern parts of Sweden in Winter 2011. With a Nikon D700 and a Nikon 600mm lens F4 and a Nikon TC-17E II teleconverter on cloudy day.

It was a long time a go i submitted a picture of a wolf i thought it was time for one... I really hope you like this one that in my mind shows that the wolf can show emotions like " hey wait a second i dont trust this i will step back" This shows again that they are not ruthless killers....

Yoda said it best!!!

Oooh... This is one of my new favourite photos of yours! :heart: It really shows the natural shyness of wolves. They are really cautions creatures who wouldn't attack mindlessly.
