The picture was taken in a National park in northern parts of Sweden in late summer of 2010 With a Nikon D700 and a Nikon 400 mm lens F2,8 and a Nikon TC-17E II teleconverter.

This is my favourite type of a picture of a wolf to be able to capture the intense look of a wolf like that is just an amazing feeling, i know many people like it more when they look strait in to the camera but i do enjoy this even more!! They look more free and serene if you know what i mean

I really hope i get the chance to go again soon to take more picture of my favourite animals...
