The picture was taken in an national park in the northern parts of Sweden With a Nikon D700 and a Nikon 600 mm lens F 4 and a Nikon TC-17E II teleconverter.
I hope you enjoy this picture of Europe's largest feline predator in the wild i would love to be able to seem them like this again...

You really have a moment here in this piece. You have captured this cat in a truly majestic looking pose.
I bet NatGeo or Animal Planet would use something like this for their magazine or an ad. Not to mention the detail on the animal is amazing even down to the snow that has been falling on the Lynx.
I would say the lighting is perfect in this photo also the fact that you look so close adds to the picture. I wish the colors were more vibrant but that just may be it winter coat to help blend into its surrounding.
