This is a very unusual animal that not many people know of. It is perfectly positioned here, with the focus on the animal and a gentle blur of background to give depth and let the beauty of nature be visible. It really looks like the animal is smiling or laughing his head off. I like that comedic touch. But you can also see that this big guy has a mouth full of very sharp teeth. A big mouthful of teeth. So you show so many different levels of this creature. All by the great talent that you have with your photographic abilities. thanks for sharing your photos. Makes me want to find a dhole and say hello from a distance, of course.
You know I have written a time travel story...in which a dhole had a very great part in. I saw this magnificent photo (I only had a face shot) and it brought all that story flooding back. I will have to finish it some day. Thanks for sharing your tremendous talent at making these wonderful animals say 'cheese'.
Well I will have to find it first. I know I have it somewhere in my things. I'm doing fan fiction now (BBC Sherlock), but your photo makes me want to look for it.
